I believe making our body strong is an important piece of making our Self strong.
Drawing upon my 15+ years as a yoga teacher and fitness instructor, this site is a space where I will share my thoughts and offer resources about how to keep our bodies strong through yoga and other fitness modalities.
This space will also include my writings about different 'life' stuff like ancient philosophies or ideas that I have come across that have been beneficial to my own journey of discovering my Self.
